For most ladies – after their 30th birthday- having a set of toned arms or flexing after a shower -and seeing muscles- makes you FEEL incredible!!
But when the “blobby arms” become visible while you’re at dinner, inside you’re feeling terrible and embarrassed because of the “blob around your arms.
So, you go buy a Peloton or some new running shoes, start a 14-day detox, and start running 2 miles a day to see a change.
Well, completing hours of cardio, not eating, and just completing random workouts, aren’t going to drop the blob -which are the wrong things to focus on- and feel frustrated when their arms do not tone up.

𝟭) Stop skipping MEALS. When you eat 1 or 2 times a day, you’re hurting yourself more than helping. 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 while working all day, but when you skip meals, you’re slowing down your metabolism. Your body stops burning calories when you’re undereating, then it will start to breakdown your muscles- then you get blobby. Aim for 3-4 meals per day, 𝘀𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁.
𝟮) Lift Weights. Strength Training speeds up your metabolism, which burns more calories, and preserves your muscle. More muscle means no “blobby arms.” Make sure your workouts are more than just “ARM DAYS, ” but will build your body and healthy lifestyle at the end of your program.
